Director of Athletic Administration Development
Natalie has 15 years of collegiate coaching experience, 12 years as a head coach of both men’s and women’s track and field programs, where she has championed many athletes to personal records in competition and in life.
Natalie is a dynamic facilitator who is often sought out to speak on leadership, relationships, and team building.
She exemplifies a “mentor” leadership approach, providing thorough ongoing guidance, training, and feedback – building teams that are capable, motivated, inspired, and highly productive.
With a razor-sharp focus on delivering high-impact results, Natalie draws out creative solutions that consistently and powerfully execute organizational goals and accomplish objectives on time and within budget.
She has worked for five years in progressive executive leadership as a Chief Operating Officer for a quasi-governmental organization. Currently, Natalie is serving as director of development for a faith-based seminary.
Natalie is committed to creating equitable opportunities for team and community members, quality work performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. She is currently completing an Executive Director Education Program (EDEP) through PHADA and Rutgers University.
She is the founder and President of Integrity without Compromise, Inc., with a Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice/Psychology, and Masters of Education, Physical Education.
