A note from the organizers...
We’re deeply grateful and honored to share space with your daughters—to move, reflect, and grow together.
This workshop is more than just a collaboration between barre3 and Inkwell Sports Solutions. It’s a chance for us, as former collegiate and professional soccer players, small business owners, and female coaches, to pour into these young athletes from the overflow of our own journeys.
Our goal is to help them grow a deliberate practice of understanding mind and body, while showing them what’s possible when strength, softness, and intention come together—on and off the field.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Kristen, Blakely, and Abby
